Structure Analysis of Improving Safety of Sliding Vane Compressor with Pinned Rotary Cylinder
The main drawback is serious abrasion and high energy consumption because of friction between slide vane and rotor or rotary cylinder to traditional slide vane compressor, when compressor runs at a high speed, slide vane is clinging to rotary cylinder for centrifugal force, at the same time, relative velocity between slide vane and rotary cylinder is high, so serious abrasion and friction are produced, if at a low speed, slide vane would not be easily thrown off or not easily cling to rotary cylinder easily to induce abnormal work, lessening obviously safety performance if it is applied to mine heat-harm, this paper presents a type of structure named sliding vane compressor with pinned rotary cylinder, compared with the traditional sliding vane compressor, this type of compressor has some advantages, especially improving the exhaust structure to get rid of exhaust valve, it has better performance at a low speed, less power and abrasion between rotary cylinder and slide vane, so this type of it lowers the requirement of material of slide vane and owns better safety property.
