Study on 2m Cycloconverter Explosion-proof hoist Full Scope Speed Adjustment System
This paper presents a brand new cycloconverter explosion-proof hoist speed adjustment system using two-variable control method. Its principle is described briefly, full speed scope is realized by combing variable frequency speed adjustment method and variable voltage speed adjustment method. An expert self-adaptive PID method is used for different closed-loop sub system. In the end ,a new variable voltage and variable frequency（VVVF）method is presented.
