It embarked from theory and practice of modern safety science, through accident investigation and risk analysis of chemical enterprise, produced risk analyze method and risk category of chemical enterprise, A mathematical model of chemical enterprise risk assessment has been established, Various risk control and safety management measures have been built according to different risk rating and risk category, A chemical enterprise risk monitoring and safety control early-warming system has been constructed based on B/S model.
