Reliability Strategy Research on Coal Supply Chain
Due to the great importance of the reliability, we firstly introduced the concept of reliability of supply chain （SC）development, Then concluded three basic structure of the coal SC: Linear model, chain model and network model. Chain and linear models belong to series connection system. In this paper, we applied reliability theory to test the reliability of each node, and find the weak point; Analytic Hierarchy Process and experiential index are applied to analyze network model and tried to find out Key points for enforcement. Lastly, according to the actual situation of coal enterprises SC, we pointed out strategy to improve the reliability of the coal enterprises SC.
