The Gray Evaluation Method of Mining-Induced Damage of Buildings
evaluating mining-induced damage degree of buildings is a very important and complicated problem. The mining-induced damage degree of buildings is typically affected by such factors as geological and mining conditions, characteristics of the buildings, positional relationships between the buildings and the gob, etc. Based on comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors, an evaluation model of mining-induced damage of buildings is established by applying the gray system theory, and also validated by a number of engineering instances. The researches indicate that the gray evaluation model can be used to estimate the mining-induced damage of buildings expediently and systematically, and the estimated results can be made as scientific evidences for safety management of mining under buildings.
