Risk Evaluation of Small-size Tailings Ponds
With the frequent accidents of the small-size tailings pond, the hazards and risks are identified and evaluated in the way of applying the fishbone chart and the matrix of risk assessment code. A formula combining with the weight coefficient is presented for counting out the risk assessment code. The revision of formula could make the risk assessment code more exactly. Based on data of 20 small-size tailings ponds of the random sampling, the hazards and risks code of small-size tailings ponds are identified. Then the risk grade of small-size tailings dam is confirmed.
