The Man-Machine-Environment Investigation of Coal Cutting Machine Operation

Because the application of Coal Cutting Machine is used increasingly extensive, the Coal Cutting Machine operates the long-playing operation personnel Coal Cutting Machine, that causes the related employee chronic Musculoskeletal injury the etc, for the detection cause the reason of the harm, adoption sampling the method of the questionnaire, the working posture, man-machine measurements, working lighting etc .the results of investigation pointed out the main factors which cause the musculoskeletal injury were forward bending of waist, unduly bending of head and long time maintaining in working position. Some improving man-machine measurements based on relevant standards or rules should be taken in order to protect the worker health. and according to the ergonomics principle the principle, putting forward the labor protection that should adopt and person- machine- environment to improve the measure, to protect the Coal Cutting Machine employee health, keep efficiently of work appearance have the important meaning.
