Study of Reason and Control Measures for Fatal Accidents in Coal Mine
At present, the safety production problem in our country is very austere and the various accidents are often happened, especially in the mine coal. Only from January to November in 2001, the times of accidents happened in collieries of our country is about 3427 and the death toll is 5791. At the beginning of 2005, four times of accidents are occurred in Henan, Shanxi and Liaoning, and the death toll is more than 560.The accidents of the colliery brought enormous loss to life and property of people and the country and also caused the harmful effects to the society at the same time. But, in my opinion, the safety production in the coal mine is a systems engineering. To change the security state, we must research the safety problem deeply according to the history and the situation of our country, pay attention to fathering the headstream, fathering synthetically and effect a permanent cure. The text analyses the mechanism, model, characteristic and cause of the accidents occurred frequently in our country nearly and puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the occurrence of casualty accident from the viewpoint of systems engineering.
