Research on the High-level Methane Management Technology & Practice in Coal Mines
The safety situations in coal mines of China are very serious. Seriously fatal accidents happened frequently. Methane explosion is considered as the first killer, which is in the first place among the five disasters. Most accidents mainly result from the management. On the basis of the systematic theory of the safety management science, controlling theory, major controlling theory, human-oriented theory, accident prediction and defense theory and economics theory, Luan Mining Group has put forward the high-level methane management technology theory and creatively summarized it as 33.16.19 system. They carried out Managing low-level methane mines in the way of high-level methane mines, while the high-level methane mines use high-level methane, so they have realized safety management of methane. That enables all the mines of Luan Mining Group to improve the safety management of methane, to gain the good effect of controlling methane, to stop the methane accidents and to get enormous economic and social benefit. The notion, theory, method and technology of their management have offered the value of application and reference for other coal mines.
