Real-time Prediction System of Coal and Gas Outburst Based on PROFINET Technology
In this paper we discuss the principles of predicting coal and gas outburst using electromagnetic emission (EME) and PROFINET based on Industrial Ethernet with which real-time communication is achieved. Using a KBD7 electromagnetic emission monitoring and measuring meter and a KJJ102 mining explosion-proof switch, electromagnetic emission signals of coal and rock are transmitted to the ground monitoring center via a real-time network platform supporting PROFINET-RT; utilizing computer and network technology, a truly real-time system for predicting coal and gas outburst is established, and thus contactless, directional, real-time and continuous monitoring is actualized to provide accurate and timely original data for analysis and prediction of coal and gas outburst.
