The Characteristics of Gas Emission in High-output and High-Efficiency Super-Length Fully-Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face
This paper have studied the characteristics of gas emission and the influence of strata movement, advancing velocity, production capacity and gas extraction capability on the gas emission in K8206 working face at Third mine of Yangquan coal company, which is a high-output and high-efficiency super-length fully-mechanized top coal caving face. The regression equation of the relative gas emission rate of the working face and the production capacity, and the one of the gas emission rate of the adjacent layers per meter as advancing and the advancing velocity are built respectively. It can be concluded: 1) the gas emission of the adjacent layers is controlled by the movement of key strata; 2) the gas emission of the working face needs to be exhausted by air is affected by the capability of gas extraction.3) when the advancing velocity is up to 3. 5~5.5m/d, the gas emission of adjacent layers almost keeps stable; 4) when the production is up to 8000~12000t/d, the gas emission of working face almost keeps stable;
