Prediction for the Amount of Gas Gushed from MineBased on GM (1, 1) Model

In the paper, it used the gray theory and established GM (1, 1) gray model to give a system prediction of the amount of gas gushed from mine, at the same time it established its gray residual model to modify the predicted results. And it give an example to prove the model precision is meet the necessity of the engineering requirement. This model can be applicable for the prediction and control of the amount of methane emission. Also this method can be used for the management of mine safety in production, methane prediction, and mine ventilation program.
