Study of Mathematical Model and Applications of Mine Ventilation Simulation System

Mine Ventilation Simulation System is the digitalization of actual mine, in which the characteristic parameters of roadways, ventilation constructors, and fans of an actual mine ventilation system, are simulated, and the approach degree between simulation system and actual ventilation system can be examined by industrial tests. Once a simulation system is debugged, the effect of all schemes done on simulation system, such as the variations of air door positions, the excavation and jam of roadways, is the same as done on actual ventilation system. Comparing with similar home and abroad researches, automatic identification of diagonal branches, network simplification and automatic plotting of ventilation network characteristic graph are the particular functions of the simulation system. The path method of network optimum regulation, which is based on the concept of minimum regulation power consumption, is adopted in the simulation system, and the method is different from linear programming and non-linear programming. The optimum and effects after rebuilding of the ventilation system of an actual mine, namely No2 mine area of Jinchuan Group Limited Company, is used as an example to illuminate the application of Mine Ventilation System.
