Experiment Study on Rainwater Influence Explode of Spontaneous Combustion Gangue Dump
At present, spontaneous combustion gangue dump explosion accidents happened frequently. In view of the explosive reasons and characteristics of spontaneous combustion gangue dump, the article independently builds a test platform for spontaneous combustion gangue dump interacting with the water. Using exterior heat source to heat up the gangue pile to observe the process of gangue burning, after it burns to a certain degree, the spray water distribute to the gangue pile for simulating the influence of rainy weather for the spontaneous combustion gangue dump, the result of experiment indicates: when it rains, spontaneous combustion gangue dump will produce massive carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the interior and periphery of gangue pile. These gas contents are much more than no rains or a little water, which forms water gas with methane. The water gas is the primary factor to induce the spontaneous combustion gangue dump explosion. According to the above experiment, it can provide with the massive reliable empirical data and the realistic situation scientific theoretical analysis basis for researching the mechanism of spontaneous combustion gangue dump explosion.
