Testing of Coal Absorbing Oxygen and Analysis on Spontaneous Combustion
The ability of coal spontaneous combustion is just one of the inherent characteristics of coal. Different coal or different environmental conditions can cause different behavior of coal spontaneous combustion. Based on coal-oxygen complex theory which is acknowledged extensively, the ability of absorbing floating-oxygen of several coal samples are measured with ZRJ-1 apparatus for measuring the characteristic of coal spontaneous combustion in this paper; Then the tendentiousness grade of coal spontaneous combustion can be divided according to the quantity of oxygen- absorption and the relevant regulations. Meanwhile the quantity of oxygen-absorption of several coal samples in E9-10 coal seam from No.10 coalmine of Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd are compared vertically and the quantity of oxygen-absorption of several coal samples from different mining areas are compared horizontally, then the difference between them are compared and analyzed. Considering coal spontaneous combustion is a very complicated course related to the physics and chemistry change,Its dangerous degree is decided by many factors such as coal inherent characteristics, environmental parameter and so on. After appraising the tendentiousness grade of coal spontaneous combustion, the concrete reason of coal spontaneous combustion of several coal samples can be educed combining concrete complexions. The results of the present research prove that the quantity of oxygen-absorption of anthracite is more influence on coal spontaneous combustion than that of bituminous coal. The quantity of absorbing flowing-state oxygen of bituminous coal approximately presents line relation of the volatile matter.
