The Application of TOPSIS Based on Entropy Weight in Comprehensive Evaluation for the Rationality of Mine Ventilation System
Taking the comprehensive evaluation for the rationality of mine ventilation system and its ten indexes as an example, the model is built by TOPSIS based on entropy weight. Entropy weight, which is a kind of weights, was ascertained by grey entropy theory. As a result, the subjectivity in ascertaining the weights of more factors in low hierarchy could be avoided. The relative adjacent degree, which was ascertained via the distance between evaluation objects and the ideal solution and the distance between evaluation model could also be avoided. Thus, an objective evaluation for the rationality of the ventilation system could be made, which provides a new method and approach for the evaluation and analysis of similar systems.
