Research on Security Management Model with Theoretical Perspectives of Modern Management

摘要：

With the developing of Chinas industrial production, the security issue is becoming one obstacle to the social and economic development in the main factors. The security issues in the production process are diversiform, but human insecurity is the key to solving security problems. The rapid development of management theory provides the solution for the security management. Of course, modern safety management is a multifaceted multilevel integrated nature; the theory should be combined with a variety of management theory applied in safety management. Based on comprehensive application of the contemporary management theory in security management, the authors bring forward a new security management model for solving practical problems of safety in production.
