The Sustainable Exploitation and Utilization System of Mineral Resources: Establishment and Optimization

摘要：

Based on the analysis of the importance of mineral resources to the sustainable development of society economy, the paper discusses the substance of sustainable exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, and points out the dynamic resources structure should be established to exploit and utilize mineral resources instead of just allocated among different generations. This paper establishes a system of the sustainable exploitation and utilization of mineral resources includes the components of mineral resources subsystem, exploitation utilization subsystem, sciences and technology subsystem, environment protection subsystem, law policy subsystem, population subsystem and Economy and its stage subsystem. At last, a optimum strategy of sustainable exploitation and utilization of mineral resources is proposed through the following aspects: management innovation, technique innovation, market innovation, environment protection, resources replacement.
