Difficulty and Resolvent in the Process of Safety Evaluation

摘要：

This essay give a simple introduction about Safety evaluation firstly, then based on the method widely used now, it analyse some difficulties in the process of safety evaluation, which is from the aspect of system safety analysis, system safety evaluation and the result of safety evaluation. At last, the essay give the resolvent of the difficulties, and make the safety evaluation have more practicability, more rationality and more maneuverability.
