Study on Enforcement Tactics of Mining Enterprise Informatization
Enterprise informatization is an important means to promote the international competition ability of a traditional enterprise, and it is the only outlet for the persistent development of coal enterprises. Applying advanced and practical IT techniques to the informatization construction and reform will remarkably improve safety production, product quality and management level in coal enterprises. Constructing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a main manifestation of enterprise informatization. Yet, as systems engineering, ERP is not just a pure software system, so mining enterprises need adopt a certain strategy during the period of carrying out the ERP project. Generally, the enterprise must make prophase preparation and create necessary conditions for carrying on the ERP project. Then, based on fully understanding actual requirements of the enterprise, investigating and selecting an ERP service manufacturer and ERP software should be done according to certain standards. At last, the ERP project should be put into execution on the premise of obeying its implementation principles. Certainly, ERP has huge social benefit and economic benefit, but risk and benefit always coexist.
