Design of CAN Bus-based Measuring and Control Network in Coal-mine Underground
This paper puts forward a scheme of CAN Bus-based Measuring and Control Network in Coal-mine underground. By utilizing the features of the CAN field bus structure of flexible structure and high-effective communication, it composes all linkages of the mine such as the production, transportation and safety detection, etc. into an organic integrate Control Network, and realizes the centralized monitoring in the ground dispatching center. The structure of network, working principle, communication protocol and the CAN Bridges design were described in detail, and according to the disadvantage that CAN is not a kind of explosion-proof field bus, an explosion-proof design was given at last.
