Study on Establishing an Overall Safety Management System
Safety development is the lifeline for enterprises. Safety symbolizes the comprehensive quality and overall strength of the enterprise, which involves the departments of business, capital operation and financial management as well as business flow. Overall quality management and budget management have been recognized and tested by the reality that they can enhance the quality of the products, internal control and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. It is worth our study and exploration that whether we can take advantage of the successful theory and practice of overall quality management and budget management to establish an overall safety management system so as to promote safe development of the enterprise. From the analysis of common causes of accidents, this paper briefly introduce us the idea of overall management and analyze the flow of safety management, which puts forward a study and discussion on how to create an overall management system.
