Application of Modern Industrial Engineering in Production Management of Coal Enterprises

摘要：

Modern Industrial Engineering (IE) contains a lot of practical management techniques. Lean production is one of the most advanced production methods in the world which can give dual attention to the low cost and the production system flexibility, so it can effectively boost productivity by eliminating production waste and decreasing the storage. why the modern industry engineering technology applies to the coal enterprises production management and optimizes to its production systems, how to control the coal safety, the application process and condition of modern IE technology applying to coal enterprise are proposed.
