Study on Motion Control for Rope-less Mine Hoist System
A high performance motion control strategy for rope-less hoist system driven by permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) using TMS320LF2407 DSP controller is presented. The position control of software servo system is implemented by using Field Oriented Control (FOC) and Space Vector PWM (SVPWM). Because of the special structure and end effect of PMLSM, traditional PID controller is difficult to satisfy with rapidity and no-overshoot response of the position servo control system, a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is discussed in this paper. Parameters of PID controller are adjusted through fuzzy rules on-line. Experimental results show that the full digital control system has the advantages of rapid response and high positioning precision.
