Salvability Measurement in Coal Mining Emergency Management
The frequently occurred coal mining disasters have caused many problems of our coal industry. Rescue of coal mining disasters is a typical problem of emergency management. In order to improve our abilities on dealing with coal mining disaster, an emergency management system is necessary. The background of emergency management in coal mining is introduced firstly, and the classification model of coal mining disasters based on salvability is given secondly. The meaning and value of applying salvability are discussed lastly.
