Research of Mining Information Survey and Management based on Mobile GIS
A new implement method of mining information survey and management based on mobile geographic information system (GIS) was studied based on personal digital assistant (PDA). Key technologies were presented in the method, including organization and management of mining information based on PDA, real time mining survey integration of total station, global positioning system (GPS) data representation in GIS, GPS coordinate transformation model in mobile GIS, code division multiple access (CDMA), transfer control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP), and user datagram protocol (UDP). A new mining information survey and management model based on mobile GIS was further proposed, which provided real time monitoring of mining mobile target, mining information survey and management, mobile computing and wireless transferring of mining information. The mining information mobile GIS client and server were built authorship by visual c++ and embedded visual c++. A field test was carried out through this system, and the results show that the proposed model and methods are feasible for mining information survey and management.
