Safety Management and Decision-Making System Based on Risk Management

摘要：

In this paper we present a safety management and decision-making system based on risk management, which helps to manage those key business risks and opportunities with the intent of maximising value for the enterprise as a whole. This system adopts a model of Markov decision processes (MDPs), identifying, analyzing and evaluating the risk on the enterprise production line, then puts forward the measure of the safety management.
