Influence on Miner Working Meal Safety about Food Allergy

摘要：

This paper discussed the influence on food allergy for the human health and safety. These years witness an increasing tendency of the food allergy, which can be explained by the following reasons: Firstly, many new transgenic foods are avalanching in the gross; Secondly, food allergy is hard to cure as the amount of food allergy patients grows annually and the symptoms varies. Moreover, the lack of epidemiologic data about food allergy reaction has made the work even more difficult. The paper analyzed the allergy principles of food allergen by plant protein, especially the allergy fatalness that caused by the miners working meals in mines, and also proposed some measures that can be used to control the risks concerning food allergen.
