The Design Method and Application of Anti-Slide Pile Based on the Matlab Optimization Toolbox
Presently, many articles have been written on the problem of optimization design of anti-slide pile. However, there are two problems existing in the study above. One is that, in overwhelming articles, there are a few design variables or too many assumptions. The other problem is that, in the process of optimization, the inner force and configuration of pile should be accurately calculated, or the reinforced area and cost will be inaccurate and it cannot reflect the complex nonlinear relationship among the design parameters. However, the current study on this problem is not enough and the interpretation to the realization of constraint conditions is very poor. To meet the problems above, according to the nonlinear theory, the article establishes the formula for the optimization design of anti-slide pile and then Fmincon function from the optimization matlab toolbox is used to achieve it. The anti-slide pile optimization design results of the Xianglin 2nd grade road in Yunan province show that the cost can be reduced by 43.23% in comparison to the original project. At the same time , the process of analysis incarnates the facility of the optimization matlab toolbox.
