Research of Building up New Management System in Coal Enterprises Logistics Supply Chain

摘要：

The paper analyzes the macroscopic and internal supply chain logistics of the coal business enterprises on the basis of building up the coal business enterprises supply chain operation model, and studies the countermeasure of the strategic alliance of the supply chain logistics in the coal business enterprises. It puts forward building up a new system of the coal business enterprise logistics with shared information, which is helpful to improve the whole operation result of the coal business enterprises supply chain and gain the goal of Win-win or Multiple-win.
