摘要：

The article bases on the analysis of the coal resource-typed city industry transfer risk characteristic, with Chinas actual situation, proposes a set of he coal resource-typed city industry transfer risk assessment index suitable to our national condition and establishes risk assessment appraisal model , carries on the quota appraises of the industrial transfer risk, then scientifically provides the considerable basis for resources city industry transfer.
