Financing of Accounts Receivable——A new method of financing for coal enterprises
With the economic development and the prevalence of commercial credit in our country, coal enterprises are increasingly facing the pressure of asset liquidity due to a large number of accounts receivable after sales on loan. At the same time, commercial banks become more and more cautious of issuing loans to coal enterprises of general competitive industries, in order to avoid more non-performing loan assets. So Developing businesses that finance coal enterprises accounts receivable is the most effective way to solve the problem. Firstly this paper makes an overview on financing of accounts receivable and introduces its manners and features. Then, concerning the present problems in financing of accounts receivable of coal enterprises in China, this paper proposes specific measures in promoting the development of it.
