China Energy Security and Clean Coal Strategy

摘要：

The paper analyzes China energy security under international background, and points out clean coal strategy is of great potential significance for Chinas energy security. Clean coal strategy can fully use rich coal resources existed in China, develop oil substitution technology and should be the inevitable choice for Chinas energy development, it has profound significance for enhancing the self-sufficiency of energy, reducing risk foreign dependency and guaranteeing China energy security, and will be the new dawn for structure adjustment of China energy system.
