Research on the Relation Between the Culture of Safety and the Safety Management in Production
With a comprehensive view of the deep-level reasons why many accidents have happened, it isnt difficult to be found that people lack the consciousness of safety in essence, and the culture atmosphere of safety has not been formed in the society and especially in the highly-dangerous environment like coal enterprises. This paper expatiates upon the meaning of the culture of safety, the relation between the culture of safety and the benefits of coal enterprises and the ways to foster the culture of safety, and moreover, makes the in-depth analysis of how to enhance the benefits of coal enterprises by fostering the culture of safety in them especially at such aspects as strengthening the safe consciousness, fostering the safe mind, perfecting the management system about safety, standardizing employees behavior, carrying out safe duty, setting up safe markers and constructing the safe atmosphere, and so forth.
