Research on Safety Management of Middle-sized and Small Cities
With development of modern urbanization, the city disaster becomes more and more server. The modern city disaster has characteristics such as complexity, diversity, suddenly sends out and grave harmfulness, which has brought about the grave obstacle for the sustainable development of city society economy. For this purpose, current situation of the middle-sized and small cities disaster have been discussed in this paper, the factors that caused disasters were studied, personnel casualties and economic losses that the city disaster brought about has been set forth, The deficiency in the respect of taking precautions against disaster of our country middle-sized and small cities has been pointed out, and safety system engineering theory was applied to study the essence of middle-sized and small cities disaster, a new way of preventing disaster was put forward, which plays important role in preventing disaster.
