Study on the Integrated Management System of OSH in China
In comparison with developed countries, work safety in China is much more rigorous, such as laggard economy growth way, weak trade management, massive migration of rural workers and labor protection shortage of mid-small scale enterprises, which seriously restrain the development of occupational safety and health（OSH） in China. The practice indicated, in the advancement of Chinese economy with fast sustained growth, it is imperative to scientifically solve unification management problem in OSH. The idea of green GDP and scientific development security index is explicitly proposed in the eleventh five-year plan of China, which symbolizes an inevitable trend of OSH integrated unification in supervising and managing. On the standpoint of unification legislation, the management system, the talented person cultivation and the social security, the author discusses the possibility and necessity on constructing OSH integration development mechanism.
