Critical velocity of moving body on infinite beam with elastic foundation

摘要：

With regards to the driving frequency and velocity of the moving load, the critical velocities of the Timoshenko beam were thoroughly described by investigating the behavior of the descriminant of the biquadratic equation appearing in the denominator in the Fourier transformed solution of the relevant governing equations. The interdependent nature of these parameters was pointed out to make clear the dynamic resonance.
