Responses of a nonlinear MEMS structural system loaded by a non-stationary stochastic excitation
For a non-linear MEMS vibrating gyroscope system excited by a non-stationary stochastic load expressed as a time series, a recursive method based on the Z-transform and statistic linearization was presented. To identity the obtained response time series, a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) technique was proposed.
