Research on dynamic transmission error for 2K-V-type drive based on non-linear dynamics

A non-linear dynamic model for 2K-V-type drive is set up, in comprehensive considering the influence of the factors (such as manufacturing errors, assembly errors, backlash of gears, bearing clearances, elastic deformations and inertial loads on rotary parts, etc.) on transmission accuracy. The rotational transmission error of the system caused by bearing clearances, meshing clearances between cycloid gear and pin gears is studied. The results show that it is the clearances of bearings at crank shaft holes in cycloid gears and bearing clearances of bearings at crank shaft holes in carrier that affect transmission accuracy efficiently. The results of this paper can guide the design and manufacture of 2K-V-type drive with high accuracy.
