Study on Three-step Alarm of Air Pollution in Shijiazhuang
Based on the three-step alarm standard about air pollution in Shijiazhuang, the characters of weather background and meteorological factors, which lead to high-degree air pollution, were comprehensively analyzed. A meteorological model and alarm index of high-degree air pollution were established too. Depending on numerical forecast production, some new ensemble models were developed. Moreover, predicting index of alarm was also selected. Based on experiential indicators and quantitative forecast, the alarm system of air pollution was set up. By real-time use and test, the alarm system can remarkably improve the accurate rate of high-degree air pollution in Shijiazhuang. It has been proved that this method is effective for serving the early-warning of pollutant.
