EXPRESSION OF ALPHAB-CRYSTALLIN GENE IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA AND ITS PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE

In recent years, gene chips, bioinformatics has provided useful help by in-depth scientific research. This article, difference expression gene AlphaB-Crystatlin (CRYAB) were selected by gene chips and bioinformatics from rat liver cancer models. And RT-PCR and Immunohistochemistry were used to confirm CRYAB expression in human HCC at mRNA and protein level. At the same time, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Cox proportion risk models were used for 98 cases of HCC patients undergoing clinical analysis. Results showed that CRYAB (p=0. 041), Tumor diameter (P=0. 001), Venous invasion (P=0. 003). Lymphatic invasion (P=0. 029) statistically significant, as the impact HCC prognosis factors. COX multi-factor analysis: CRYAB (P=0. 048), Venous invasion (P =0.008) is the independent HCC prognosis factors. And the experiments also showed that using bioinformatics and gene chips, could help us find a new gene or new possible diagnostic marker.
