Thermodynamic Optimization of the Cu-In System

Experimental results of Cu-In binary system were reviewed. The non-stoichiometric compounds were described thermodynamically as sublattice model. The thermodynamic parameters were obtained by optimization. The calculated phase diagram and thermodynamic properties are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data.
