SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR ENTERPRISE INFORMAZATION CONSTRUCTION IN E-BUSINESS TIME
Informationization is the big trend of international economy and social development now adays, and also the key process of industry upgrade, industrialization and modernization in our country. Enterprise informationization construction is a continuous improved, dynamic changing process along with the business objective. The automatized producing process, network management manner, intelligent decision support system and electronic business operation are the connotation of enterprise informationization. The exterior drive of customer-requirement centered Supply Chain Management, the interior drive of exquisite operation based Enterprise Operation Management and the technology drive of technology advancement oriented Information Systems Lifecycle Management are the three drives that realize the enterprise informationization construction. How to use the limited resource devotion to guide the information system layout? The sustainable development system management idea of All-round Service, System Integration, Continuous Innovation, the informationization construction frame and management systems of enterprise multidimensional angle were presented in this paper. They are also the longitudinal integration of four-grade computer structure systems based on data, the lateral integration of supply chain management operation towards clients and the standing improvement and development of information systems. It was briefly introduced by taking the informationization construction practice of Baogang Corporation Ltd. as background.
