RESEARCH ON DIGITAL ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF PRODUCT PERFORMANCE TOWARD MACHINE TOOL INDUSTRY
The content and workflow of digital product development are described. The interior relation between digital technology and process of product development is discussed, and an application method about CAE technology toward digital product development of machine tools ts presented. According to need of dynamic analysis and optimization design of machine tools structure, digital performance analysis and optimization design for some model of precision horizontal MC is performed. And the result shows that important roles of introducing CAE in design initial stages, such as decreasing design mistakes, shortening design cycle, and improving product design quality.
