STUDY ON SYSTEM OF NETWORKED INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING ORIENTED PRODUCT LIFECYCLE
In order to solve the problem of information island in production lifecycle, improve design level and manufacturing quality of machinery products, shorten development and production period, build whole files of manufacture, sale and after-sale service, a system of networked integrated manufacturing oriented product lifecycle is presented. A novel framework of networked integrated manufacturing oriented product lifecycle is researched. The workflow and functional module of the system are discussed. The key technologies of implementing the system are studied in detail. Base on these a prototype system is established. The system includes the design subsystem, process subsystem, manufacture subsystem, quality control subsystem, Ecommerce subsystem and after-sales service subsystem. The result of run shows that the theories and technologies of the system of networked integrated manufacturing oriented product lifecycle is effective and it has well application prospect in the field of manufacturing industry.
