APPLICATION OF TOPSIS IN THE BIDDING EVALUATION OF MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

摘要：

Bidding evaluation is a very important part in the invitation and submission of bids for manufacturing enterprises, in the paper, we point out the defects of present bidding evaluation, and build a scientific evaluation indices model. The evaluating function is constructed by applying TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution), the option solution of evaluating function is solved as the optimism solution, A case study is carried out to find a new method to evaluate bidding bid in the manufacturing enterprises. The result shows TOPSIS is a good method in the manufacture enterprise invitation and submission of bids, and has great practical value.
