BASED ON THE NETWORK MANUFACTURE PARTNER CHOICE METHOD OF IMPROVEMENT GENETIC ALGORITHMS
Based on analyzing the changeable competition environment the manufacturing industry is facing, the time, the cost and the risk are considered emphatically as the important appraisal factor took in the partner choice process, as well as the restraint relations of the project itself and the bias of the policy-maker, and the multi-objective optimization model of the genetic algorithms partner choice were proposed. The simulation result has confirmed the validity and usability of the algorithm model and solution process, has realized the quantitative analysis of the network manufacture partner choice, and has laid the foundation for developing the decision supporting system of the network alliance enterprise partner choice.
