IMPLEMENTING MANUFACTURING E-SERVICE THROUGH ONTOLOGY-BASED BINDING MECHANISM FOR PRECIOUS EQUIPMENT RESOURCE
Manufacturing Enterprises have been facing unprecedented challenges brought by ever changing, global and competitive market conditions. E-manufacturing is a kind of manufacturing model for adapting the conditions mentioned above. How to describe and find efficiently precious equipment resource in decentralized environment are two key problems that must be solved in the process of resource configuration of E-manufacturing. A basedontology mode for precise equipment resource and Manufacturing e-service mode are proposed and constructed in this paper in order to make up for limitations that arise from lacking efficient descriptive method for resource and service platform for finding, utilizing and optimizing the precise resource. Some key technologies, such as e-Service Model for precise equipment, the eFormalization of process to precise equipment, search Mechanism for precise equipment resources have been studied. Finally, as the verification of methodology mentioned above, a prototype system has been being developed in Java.
