PTIMAL DESIGN OF PIEZOELECTRIC CANTILEVER FOR MICRO POWER
Based on the mechanics analysis of micro cantilever and the piezoelectric effect of piczocrystal. a new design method of piezoelectric cantilever to acquire maximum power is proposed. Geometric parameters of piezoelectric cantilever are optimized according to two deferent conditions with two deferent typical forces, and the optimal result is that both the length and the thickness of cantilever are the main factors that affect the performance of cantilever. As for material property, the amount of charge is affected by piezoelectric constant and mechanical modulus of cantailiever.
