SELECTIVE OPTIMIZED DISASSEMBLY SEQUENCES BASED ON ANT COLONY OPTIMIZATION
The representation of the selective disassembly sequence involves a highly constrained combinatory problem. A detailed method based on ant colony optimization is proposed in this paper, which can generate optimized disassembly sequence. In this method, a hierarchy graph of target part is constructed according to stepping static contained-box interference checking and can be used to represent ant colonys search space efficiently. We regard both the charge times of disassembly-direction and disassembly-tool which be used to disassembly parts as the evaluation criterion for ant to select next disassembly node. Compared with conventional methods, it has the advantages of simple algorithms and high optimization efficiency. A case study is used to verify the feasibility of this method.
